Magical Sound Bath

Join us for this healing experience that will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Sound Baths are musical performances where participants lie on the floor and beautiful sound waves vibrate throughout their bodies. It is like a very powerful mindfulness and meditation practice with magical sounds from crystal bowls.

Harriet Emily, a London based Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Sound Healing Therapist and Plant Based Cook, will be hosting this Sound Bath. The sound bath will last for one hour and it will be followed by half an hour of time for people to connect and chat.

Planet-friendly mats will be kindly provided by Phantai Yoga.
